Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Robeez. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Robeez may also terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Robeez's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Robeez, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

This Agreement shall governed by and construed in accordance with laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed stricken from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire Agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except by a writing, signed by both parties.
