Shopping Information
Is your online shopping secure? Absolutely. Your credit information and personal data is secure when shopping on any Robeez web sites. Our web sites use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.
To verify your connection is secure, check the bottom of your browser window in your status bar and you should see an unbroken key or a closed lock. That tells you the SSL is active and your information is secure.
What is your privacy policy? Robeez takes every measure possible to ensure the privacy of your personal information. At no time will we share any unauthorized information stored in our customer database with any third party. We currently use outside delivery companies to deliver orders, and a credit card processing company for the billing of phone orders and Internet purchases. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Please note: PayPal payment methods also include AMEX, Discover and bank transfer options. (Payment options may vary depending on your billing address.)
Can I order over the phone? Yes. You can call in your order to a customer service representative at 1-800-929-2649 Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
I’m unsure if my online order went through. What should I do? Check your email to see if you have received an order confirmation from Robeez. If not, make note of the error showing on your screen if any. Then contact customer service either by phone 1-800-929-2649 or by email. They will look into your order and verify if Robeez has received it. For security reasons, please don’t send credit card information via email.
How can I track my order? We can provide you with a tracking number two to three business days after your order is placed. Contact us by phone at 1-800-929-2649, or by email. We will be happy to track your delivery for you.
Where can I purchase Robeez near my home? Our website has a Store Locator where you can input your zip code or postal code and find the Robeez Preferred Retailer nearest you.
Can I purchase Robeez from your head office or distribution offices? There are no retail stores at our head office location or distribution offices. Please visit our Store Locator for your nearest Robeez Preferred Retailer.
Can you tell me what stores in my area have the design I’m looking for? Because Robeez retailers are independent, we are unable to track their current inventory levels. However, use our Store Locator to find the store in your area, and call them directly. They will be able to tell you what they have available.
How do I get a promo code? Promo codes are time-limited offers published online or in print and are published periodically. Sign up now to receive the latest Robeez news, updates and promotions.
How do I use a promo code? When you have completed adding products to your online shopping basket, the shopping basket page will list your purchases. If a promo code is in effect, enter it in the box provided and click the Submit button. Your new total will appear if it was for a discount. Note: Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Can I receive price adjustments on sale items? All prices on Robeez.com are subject to change without notice. We are sorry, but Robeez.com does not allow price adjustments after an item has been purchased. Therefore, a sale price cannot be applied to a prior purchase.
How do I get on your mailing list and how often will you contact me? Simply sign up to receive our periodic emails containing Robeez news, special offers and updates on new products and promotions.
I am shipping to a Canadian address. Will I have to pay additional duties on my Robeez order? No, you only have to pay the amount indicated at checkout on the website. Any duties are covered by Robeez on shipments to Canada.

Gift Services
Do you offer gift cards or gift-wrapping? Robeez offers a complimentary gift card and a personal message during the check out process. We also offer a Premium Gift Box service, adding a special touch your perfect gift.

What are the gift boxes made of? Are they recyclable? Robeez Premium Gift Box and cards are made with 100% recycled paper and are recyclable.
What does the Premium Gift Box look like? The Premium Gift Box is designed for any occasion. The classic green striped wallpaper design with the Robeez signature blue and Puppy motif, makes for a perfect gift presentation. Each gift is enclosed with satin ribbon and a personalized card.

How will the Robeez gifts be packaged? All items in each order will be packaged together in one gift box with a single gift card. For multiple item purchases we will use multiple boxes if required to accommodate the entire order. If you wish to have items wrapped separately with separate gift cards, then we ask that you please place separate orders for each gift.

Delivery Information
Can I place one order of two pairs of Robeez shoes and send them to two different addresses? When you are sending to two different addresses, you must place completely separate orders for each delivery address.
I want to send two pairs of Robeez shoes to two different addresses. Do I pay delivery for each address? Do I need to place separate orders if I am sending to more than one address? You will be charged a delivery cost for each unique address as our shipping costs are a flat fee per address. If you’re shipping to two unique addresses, then two separate orders should be placed.
Is it too late to make changes or cancel my order? We ship your order to you as quickly as possible. It depends on the status of your order and whether it has been processed and/or shipped. You can contact our customer service representatives at 1-800-929-2649 or by email. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Your delivery requires a signature. How do I waive this? Most courier companies require a signature for proof of delivery. If you wish, have us deliver your purchase to your business during the day if that’s where you’ll be. Don’t forget to provide us with your full name AND your company’s name when ordering this way.
Do you ship internationally? Please visit our Shipping page to view the countries we ship to from our Robeez.com web site. For sending orders to a UK or European address, please use our Robeez.co.uk web site.
When will I receive my Robeez purchase? Most orders arrive within 6-9 business days when shipped to the US and within 7-9 business days when shipped to Canada using our Standard service.

Return Policy
What is the Robeez return/exchange policy? If you purchased your Robeez footwear through a retail store or another web site, please try returning them there first. For online purchases from www.robeez.com and other exchanges, please visit our Return Policy page for a complete list of options that are situation-specific. Robeez return policy is 60 days from day of purchase.
Please note, Robeez cannot accept for return or exchange any product purchased from online auction sites or where the Robeez label has been altered. For your assurance of product quality and authenticity, look for the Robeez brand on the label affixed below the ankle band of the right shoe.
When will I see a credit on my billing statement from my return? Once we receive your return, it takes approximately 5-7 business days to process your refund. A credit for the value of the returned merchandise should appear on the original credit card used to purchase the item(s). We do not reimburse shipping charges. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
